INGREDIENTS

  • Milk half liter , vanilla Custard powder 1tb sp , illachi 2, saffron half tea sp sugar 1TB sp readymade gulab jamun 4 , rose petals 8 pcs and almonds 8PCs for garnishing

PREPARATION

    Mix custard powder with little milk and keep aside.

    Boil milk and add illachi and saffron and add sugar and boil and custard milk mixture and boil and stir till the milk becomes custard consistencKeep aside to cool .
  3. 3

    Cut gulab jamun in slices and take small desert glasses and layer it with gulab jamun slices and custard . Garnish with rose petals and almonds.
