- Milk half liter , vanilla Custard powder 1tb sp , illachi 2, saffron half tea sp sugar 1TB sp readymade gulab jamun 4 , rose petals 8 pcs and almonds 8PCs for garnishing
- Mix custard powder with little milk and keep aside.
- Boil milk and add illachi and saffron and add sugar and boil and custard milk mixture and boil and stir till the milk becomes custard consistencKeep aside to cool .
- Cut gulab jamun in slices and take small desert glasses and layer it with gulab jamun slices and custard . Garnish with rose petals and almonds.
