  • 1 cup kuttu seeds
  • 1 cup sanwa millet
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 3 tbsp banana paste
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • ½ tsp rock salt
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 6 figs
  • 1 strawberry

    In a mixing bowl add soaked kuttu seeds, soaked sanwa millet, grated coconut, banana paste, grated jaggery, rock salt and cardamom powder. Mix it well and allow it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Your batter is now ready.

    Pour a ladle of batter at the centre of the pan and spread to get the desired size and shape.

    Cook until it turns brown.
  5. 5

    Place figs at the centre of the pancake and roll the pancake to close it. For the plating: Slice the pancakes into halves and place them onto a plate. Then sieve icing sugar over the pancakes. Garnish it with fresh figs, strawberries and mint leaves.
