INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 1/4 bowl rava
  • 1/4 bowl besan
  • 1 bowl grated Dudhi
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies paste
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil for tempering and brushing
  • Hing 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp curd
  • Coriander leaves
  • Grated coconut for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add 1 bowl wheat flour , rava ,besan green chillies paste , grated Dudhi, dhaniya Jeera powder, red chilli powder,salt ,carom seeds,oil,curd coriander leaves and mix well and make a tight dough rest dough for 10 mins.

    apply oil to hand .Now make cylindrical shape rolls and take a steamer to steam in a vessel brush with oil and keep in steamer for 15 mins .

    Then remove from steamer and cool them .in a pan add oil mustard seeds, sesame seeds,curry leaves ,add Muthiya pieces add toss them into tempering .then add coriander leaves and granish with coconut and coriander leaves.

    Ready to eat enjoy with mint Chutney.
