- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 cup ghee
- For garnish
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, water and prepare a dough. Make small balls of the dough and keep it aside.
- Crush peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery. Roll out the dough and stuff with the dry fruit mixture and roll it out again.
- Heat the pan and cook the Gud Papda using ghee. Serve it hot and garnish with ghee.
