In a mixing bowl add soya sauce, honey, sesame seeds, mint leaves, red chilli powder and salt.

For the paneer mixture: In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, chopped tomatoes and crushed black pepper.
Mix it well and make pattice from the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pattice.

For the mango dressing: Grind boiled raw mangoes, chopped spring onions, crushed black pepper, salt, oil and honey in a mixer grinder.
Grind them well.

For the garnish: Roast papad on a pan and make cones of the papad and fill the papad cone with the prepared radish salad , For the plating: Place the grilled watermelon onto a plate and garnish it with papad corn, prepared paneer pattice and mango dressing.
