INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 beetroots
  • crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • dried
  • 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • Melted butter

HOW TO PREPARE GRILLED ROOT VEGETABLES

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables in fancy shapes marinate them with olive oil, salt, crushed black pepper, paprika and dried thyme for 15 minutes.

    Place the vegetable pieces on a grill and flip them after five minutes and grill till done.
  3. 3

    Brush the vegetable pieces with melted butter and plate them.
