Preparation:-5 mins ,Marination :-20mins, Grilling:-5 to10 mins
- 100 gms paneer,chopped onions ,chopped tomatoes ,chopped capsicum, skewers(or ice cream sticks but cut it into half),cream ,curd(dahi),salt,redmirchi powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,paneer tikka masala sachet(any of ur choice),ginger garlic paste,oil
- First cut the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside.Take a bowl and add curd(dahi), cream, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, redmirchi powder, garam masala, paneer tikka masala ,and den mix it well ,then add the paneer and keep it aside for 20 mins and let the paneer marinate properly.
- Den take a skewer ,take a piece of capsicum and put it on the skewer and then a piece of paneer and then a piece of onion and then again a piece of paneer and then a piece of tomato and paneer and then capsicum and form a proper layer of it as shown in the image.
- Heat oil in a pan and put the skewer on it and grill it until golden brown .Serve it on a plate or a small glass as shown in the picture and drizzle some cream and sprinkle some paneer tikka masala over it.And this way the dish will be ready.
