INGREDIENTS

  • Wooden skewers
  • soaked in water
  • 8 strawberries
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • chilli flakes to taste
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE GRILLED FRUITS

    Cut the fruits into small chunks.
  2. 2

    Make a dressing by mixing lemon juice, honey, chilli flakes and salt (to enhance the taste of the dessert).

    Thread the fruit chunks on the skewer, brush them with the dressing and place the skewers on the grill.
  4. 4

    Grill the fruits until turn light brown on both sides by turning them once.
  5. 5

    Brush with the dressing again and remove the skewers from the grill.
  6. 6

    Garnish with some freshly ground peppercorns and serve with same Honey Lemon dressing.
