  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 pc Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 200 gms Boneless Chicken Breast Pieces
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mango Pulp
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chopped Avocado
  • 100 gms Red Oak Leaf Lettuce
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish

    Mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl, add chicken.

    Mix well, cover and let it marinate for 20 minutes.

    Heat a grill pan, add a little olive oil and grill chicken on both sides till done.

    Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
  5. 5

    Remove avocado’s stone and flesh and chop it.
  6. 6

    In a large bowl combine avocado, mango, lettuce, and toss them together gently.
  7. 7

    Pour the dressing, gently toss them together and serve with grilled chicken.
