INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm chicken grilled
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp onions
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • crushed black pepper
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • sliced Tomatoes
  • Curlyurly lettuce
  • Digestive drink

HOW TO PREPARE GRILL CHICKEN

    Heat oil in a non stick pan add chopped garlic, onions, and tomatoes.

    Season with crushed black pepper salt, and balsamic vinegar.

    Give a quick stir.
  4. 4

    Do not overcook the veggies, just allow the heat to pass through and turn off the flame.

    Plate the grill chicken and place the topping on the chicken pieces.
  6. 6

    Garnish with lettuce and tomato slices.
  7. 7

    Serve with a digestive drink (made by mixing kokum crush, cumin powder, black salt, and soda).
