INGREDIENTS

  • Green gram leaves 200gm
  • Garlic 1nos
  • Chilly 2nos
  • Carrot 1/2 nos
  • Coconut 10 tablespoon
  • Onion 1nos
  • Oil 2tablespoon
  • Mustard 1tablespoon
  • Fenugreek 5 nos
  • Red chilly 2nos
  • Coriander powder 1/3tablespoon
  • Salt 1/2tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/3tablespoon
  • Water 1/3 cup
  • Cummin 1/2tablespoon

PREPARATION

    Pour 2tablesppon oil into a pan and wait for oil starts boiling. Then add 1/table spoon cumming, 1tablespoon mustard, fungreek 5nos,red chilly 2nos.Then it start fry.

    Then add 1nos garlic, chilly2nos,carrot1/2nos.Add1onion to it. Let it to fry.

    After fry add coriander powder 1/3tablespoon,turmeric powder 1/3tablespoon,salt 1/2tablespoon to it.

    Then allow it to fry for 1min.

    Then add10tablepoon coconut to it.Allow it to fry.

    After 3minutes add water. 1/3teacup.Stir it well. After 2minutes close the lid and wait for 1or 2minutes for removing the water by cooking. Then switch off the Cooking equipment. Check it there is no water excess.

    Your delicious green gram thoran is ready to eat. More nutritious and good for health .
