INGREDIENTS

  • 2 asparagus
  • 5 shallots of onion
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • spring green onions
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ green peas
  • ½ red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 1 spring onion
  • 4 spring roll sheets
  • flour and water mixture

PREPARATION

    Finely chop the asparagus and shallots.

    In a heated pan add oil, white sesame seeds, cumin seeds and finely chopped ginger.

    Add chopped spring onions, shallots, salt and toss it.
  4. 4

    Add crushed green peas, chopped asparagus, finely chopped red cabbage, dark soy sauce, mint leaves and mix it well.

    Add chilli flakes and let it cook.

    In a bowl add honey, sweet chilli sauce, chopped ginger, toasted sesame seeds, chilli flakes, lemon juice, mint leaves, dark soy sauce, chopped spring onion and mix it well.

    Dust flour on the mould.

    Cut spring roll sheets into four.
  9. 9

    Apply the mixture of refined flour and water on sheets.
  10. 10

    Place the sheet in the mould and stuff it with the filling, add white sesame seeds and toast in the pre-heated oven at 160'C - 170' C for 5 minutes.

    Green vegetable crisps are ready to serve with the soup.
