INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour
  • 3 tbsp boiled and mashed green peas
  • 1½ tbsp green pea paste
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • Eating soda a pinch
  • salt
  • 5 to 6 red grape shelved
  • 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes shelved
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • salt
  • 4 black olives
  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • Khatti meethi chutney
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN PEAS DHOKLA

    For the dhokla batter combine Bengal gram flour, boiled and mashed green peas, green pea paste, yogurt, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam.
  4. 4

    Unmould the green peas dhokla.
  5. 5

    For salad, mix halved red grapes, cherry tomatoes, chopped green chillies, and salt.
  6. 6

    Arrange the salad on one side of the serving plate.
  7. 7

    Top the salad with black olives and pine nuts.
  8. 8

    Brush the khatti meethi chutney on dhoklas.
  9. 9

    Garnish with mint leaves.
