INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 8 to 9 Mint leaves
  • 1 raw boiled banana
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 cup rice flakes
  • Yogurt cheese
  • salt
  • oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Yogurt cheese
  • Paprika oil

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN PEAS & CHEESE FRITTERS

    Grind boiled green peas in a blender with mint leaves, roasted cumin powder and salt and transfer the contents to a bowl.

    Chop boiled raw banana into small pieces and add them the green peas mixture in the bowl.
  3. 3

    Add a little refined flour and mix well with salt and a little more roasted cumin powder.
  4. 4

    Make this mixture into small round shapes.
  5. 5

    Stuff with yogurt cheese.
  6. 6

    Coat these round peas cheese balls with rice flakes and set aside for frying.

    Fry till they golden brown, and transfer to a serving dish.
  8. 8

    Garnish the fritters with bread crumbs, yogurt cheese and paprika oil.
