- For Green Pea Soup
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp cheese spread
- 1/4 cup cream
- salt as per taste
- black pepper powder

- In a heated pan, add frozen peas, garlic clove, water as required and let it boil for 2 - 3 minutes. Once boiled, take the pan off the gas stove. Add cheese spread, cream, salt as per taste, black pepper powder and blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a heated pan, add butter and let it melt. Add all-purpose flour and mix. Add milk and let it mix. Add the mixture in a bowl. Add black pepper powder, salt as per taste, cornstarch, grated cheese and mix it.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll it in the flour. Let the balls refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes. Deep fry it in medium hot oil until it turns golden.
- Reheated the soup and add it in the plate. Add the soup in a plate and serve with cheese balls. Garnish with red chilli flakes.
