A simple and easy to make hot soup on a cold night is life’s simplest pleasure. Chef Pankaj Bhadouria shares a recipe for Green Pea Soup with Cheese Ball. The soup is vibrant, fragrant and creamy, and the cheese balls melt in your mouth.
In a heated pan, add frozen peas, garlic clove, water as required and let it boil for 2 - 3 minutes Once boiled, take the pan off the gas stove Add cheese spread, cream, salt as per taste, black pepper powder and blend it into a smooth puree.
In a heated pan, add butter and let it melt Add all-purpose flour and mix Add milk and let it mix Add the mixture in a bowl Add black pepper powder, salt as per taste, cornstarch, grated cheese and mix it.
Make small balls of the dough and roll it in the flour Let the balls refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes Deep fry it in medium hot oil until it turns golden.
Reheated the soup and add it in the plate Add the soup in a plate and serve with cheese balls Garnish with red chilli flakes.
