  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour
  • 3 tbsp boiled and mashed green peas
  • 1½ tbsp green pea paste
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • Eating soda a pinch
  • salt
  • 5 to 6 red grape shelved
  • 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes shelved
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • salt
  • 4 black olives
  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • Khatti meethi chutney
  • Mint leaves

    For the dhokla batter combine Bengal gram flour, boiled and mashed green peas, green pea paste, yogurt, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam. Unmould the green peas dhokla. For salad, mix halved red grapes, cherry tomatoes, chopped green chillies, and salt. Arrange the salad on one side of the serving plate. Top the salad with black olives and pine nuts. Brush the khatti meethi chutney on dhoklas. Garnish with mint leaves.
