INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour; 3 tbsp boiled and mashed green peas ; 1½ tbsp green pea paste; ½ cup Yogurt; Eating soda a pinch; salt; 5 to 6 red grape shelved; 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes shelved; 2 chopped green chillies; salt; 4 black olives; 1 tsp pine nuts; Khatti meethi chutney; Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN PEA DHOKLA

    For the dhokla batter combine Bengal gram flour, boiled and mashed green peas, green pea paste, yogurt, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam.

    ; Unmould the green peas dhokla.
  5. 5

    ; For salad, mix halved red grapes, cherry tomatoes, chopped green chillies, and salt.

    ; Arrange the salad on one side of the serving plate.
  7. 7

    ; Top the salad with black olives and pine nuts.

    ; Brush the khatti meethi chutney on dhoklas.

    ; Garnish with mint leaves.
