INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 tsp blanched green peas
  • 3 peeled and boiled sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup blanched spinach
  • 3 tsp blanched green peas
  • 1 tsp leek
  • water
  • blanched Green peas

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN NEST PUREE

    In a non stick pan heat butter.
  2. 2

    Add peeled and chopped sweet potatoes blanched spinach, blanched green peas, and chopped leeks.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Once cooked, transfer the mixture to a blender.
  5. 5

    Add water and blend until smooth.
  6. 6

    Transfer the puree to a small bowl and keep it in a big bowl containing water.
  7. 7

    Garnish with blanched green peas.
