  • 1 tbsp oil; 1 sliced onion; salt; ½ cup chopped green beans; water; black pepper powder; ½ cup flat beans blanched; ½ cup Sweet corn kernels; 4 slices pumpkin blanched and roasted; cup honey and mustard dressing; black eyed peas; Spring onion; Star fruit slices

    Heat oil in a pan.

    ; Add sliced onion and salt.

    ; Saute lightly.

    ; Add green beans and little water.
  5. 5

    ; Season with black pepper powder.

    ; Add blanched flat beans and sweet corn kernels.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Arrange the blanched and roasted pumpkin slices in the serving plate.

    ; Glaze the slices with honey and mustard dressing.

    ; Top the glazed pumpkin slices with cooked beans and black eyed peas dressing.

    ; Arrange the remaining veggies and then top with the spring onion dressing.
