INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt
  • ½ cup chopped green beans
  • water
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ cup flat beans blanched
  • ½ cup Sweet corn kernels
  • 4 slices pumpkin blanched and roasted
  • cup honey and mustard dressing
  • black eyed peas
  • Spring onion
  • Star fruit slices

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN BEANS PUMPKIN SALAD

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add sliced onion and salt.
  3. 3

    Saute lightly.
  4. 4

    Add green beans and little water.
  5. 5

    Season with black pepper powder.

    Add blanched flat beans and sweet corn kernels.

    Mix well.

    Arrange the blanched and roasted pumpkin slices in the serving plate.

    Glaze the slices with honey and mustard dressing.

    Top the glazed pumpkin slices with cooked beans and black eyed peas dressing.
