INGREDIENTS

  • For gougeres
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • 350 ml milk
  • 50 gm butter
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 50 cheese
  • For dip
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp milk

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add refined flour, paprika powder, sugar, salt and mix it.

    In a heated pan add milk and let it warm.
  3. 3

    Add water, flour and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add yoghurt and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Add processed cheese, mix it and leave it cool.
  6. 6

    Add the mixture to the piping bag.
  7. 7

    On a baking tin add the piping mixture, paprika powder, caster sugar and bake it in the oven at 180' C for 10 - 12 minutes.

    In a bowl add yoghurt, salt, caster sugar, paprika powder, black pepper powder and mix it well.

    Add milk and mix it well.
  10. 10

    To garnish add caster sugar, paprika powder, add the dip in the bowl and Gougeres are ready to serve.
