INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 4 sliced onions
  • 500 gm mutton
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 stalks coriander

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add ghee, sliced onion and fry it.

    In a bowl, add mutton, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder. Add crushed coriander seeds, black pepper, ginger - garlic paste, chopped green chilli, bay leaf, garam masala, curd.

    Add sliced onion and mix it well. Add the mutton in the fried onions and stir it and leave it to cook.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
