Gond Ke Laddoo

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams ghee
  • 250-gram wheat flour
  • 100-gram edible gum
  • 250 gram crushed sugar
  • 100 - 150 gram chopped almonds
  • 10-gram crushed black pepper
  • 10-gram cardamom powder
  • For garnish : Chopped almonds

HOW TO PREPARE GOND KE LADDOO

    In a heated pan, add ghee, wheat flour and mix it Add edible gum and mix it.

    Add crushed sugar, chopped almonds, crushed black pepper, cardamom powder and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Let the mixture to cool down Prepare small laddoo using hands.
  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
