INGREDIENTS

  • 2 onions
  • 1 red & yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 - 3 sliced jalapenos
  • 80 grams fafda
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 cup processed cheese

HOW TO PREPARE GOLDEN STICKS

    Finely chop the onions, green chilli, bell pepper and mix it well. Finely chop the jalapenos and keep it aside.
  2. 2

    On a baking tray, add fafda. Add the chopped vegetables over the fafda. Add the chopped jalapenos, chaat masala, chilli flakes, processed cheese.
  3. 3

    Layer it again with fafda and repeat the process again by adding chopped vegetables and cheese. Bake it in the preheated oven at 200'C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

    Serve the Golden Sticks hot.
