INGREDIENTS

  • Ice cubes as required
  • Kala khatta crush as required
  • Pineapple crush as required
  • orange crush as required
  • Blue crush as required
  • Rose crush as required
  • Raw mango crush as required

HOW TO PREPARE GOLA

  1. 1

    Crush ice cubes using a ice crusher.
  2. 2

    Divide the crushed ice into three equal parts in three different glasses.
  3. 3

    Gently press the ice to shape the ice golas.
  4. 4

    Pierce the gola in the centre of the glass with gola sticks.
  5. 5

    Unmould one gola and coat with kala khatta crush and pineapple.
  6. 6

    Coat the second gola with orange crush and blue crush.
  7. 7

    Coat the third gola with rose crush and raw mango crush.
  8. 8

    Place all the three glasses in the serving tray and deep freeze the golas.
  9. 9

    Serve chilled.
