  • Dough of regular flour, flour, and rava
  • salt 1 pinch
  • oil to fry
  • Raw mango or imli for water
  • bolied potato and onion chopped
  • Spices(Salt, Red chilli powder, Jal Jeera, Pani Puri Masala, Pisa Hua Jeera, Garam masala)
  • Lemon
  • Boiled chaana

    For making gol gappe Take Maaida & Aata.. Make a dough & cover it with a wet cotton cloth... After 15 minutes start making small small sizes of chapatis and again cover it with wet cloth and then fry it in the hot oil... For masala we need boiled potato... Mix onion, salt, jaljiraa, pissa hua zeera, chilli, and boiled gram... For water boil carry(kache mangoes)... After that drain it with a net cloth and mix the masala as per your taste...
