  • 2 bitter gourds
  • Chilled water
  • Salt
  • 200 gm minced chicken
  • ½ egg white
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chillies
  • 1½ tsp soya sauce
  • Black pepper powder
  • 1 wedge Lemon
  • Soya sauce

    Take the bitter gourds slit them in half and remove all the pulp and seeds with a scooper to make them look like a boat.

    Soak them in chilled water and add salt to reduce the bitterness.
  3. 3

    To make the filling for the boat, add minced chicken, egg white, corn flour, chopped ginger, soya sauce, salt and black pepper powder.

    Mix well.

    Remove the bitter gourd boats from the water and fill the mixture into them.

    Set the air fryer at 180?C and cook for 7 min.
  7. 7

    Garnish with some lemon wedges and drizzle soya sauce.

    Serve hot.
