Add 1 packet Gits Sambar Masala to a pan and add 600 ml water and simmer on medium heat. Add 1 packet Gits Rava Idli mix to a bowl, 135 ml water and mix well. Add 1 tsp chilli paste, half tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped corriander, 4-5 chopped curry leaves, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds to this mixture and mix well. Grease the idli moulds with oil and fill it with the batter. Place the mould in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp tamrind pulp to the sambar mixture and mix well. Add 1 packet Gits Rava Dosai to a bowl. Add 235 ml water and mix well and rest the batter fir 5 minutes. Head a tawa and add 1 tbsp oil. Pour the dosa batter to make 3 mini dosas. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped spring onions on the dosas. Flip the dosas and cook from the other side. Take the dosas off the tawa. Pour the sambar in a small bowl and set aside. Add 1 packet Gits upma mix to a bowl. Heat 270 ml water in a pan and add the upma mix. Add 1 tbsp oil and stir well. Add 2 tbsp chopped carrots, 2 tbsp yellow bell peppers, 2 tbsp spring onion greens and stir well. Cook until the water evaporates. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp chopped corriander leaves. Serve the upma, idli and dosa on a platter with sambar.
