INGREDIENTS

  • For Sambar Gits Sambar 1 Packet
  • 600 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • For Idli 1 packet Gits Rava Idli
  • 135 ml Water
  • 1tsp Chili Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 4 to 5 no Chopped Curry leaves
  • 1/2 mustard Seeds
  • For Rava Dosai 1 packet
  • 235 ml water
  • For Topping 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens

HOW TO PREPARE GITS BREAKFAST

    Add 1 packet Gits Sambar Masala to a pan and add 600 ml water and simmer on medium heat.

    Add 1 packet Gits Rava Idli mix to a bowl, 135 ml water and mix well.
  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp chilli paste, half tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped corriander, 4-5 chopped curry leaves, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds to this mixture and mix well.

    Grease the idli moulds with oil and fill it with the batter.
  5. 5

    Place the mould in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

    Add 2 tbsp tamrind pulp to the sambar mixture and mix well.

    Add 1 packet Gits Rava Dosai to a bowl.
  8. 8

    Add 235 ml water and mix well and rest the batter fir 5 minutes.

    Head a tawa and add 1 tbsp oil.
  10. 10

    Pour the dosa batter to make 3 mini dosas.
  11. 11

    Add chopped tomatoes, chopped spring onions on the dosas.

    Flip the dosas and cook from the other side.

    Take the dosas off the tawa.
  14. 14

    Pour the sambar in a small bowl and set aside.
  15. 15

    Add 1 packet Gits upma mix to a bowl.
  16. 16

    Heat 270 ml water in a pan and add the upma mix.
  17. 17

    Add 1 tbsp oil and stir well.
  18. 18

    Add 2 tbsp chopped carrots, 2 tbsp yellow bell peppers, 2 tbsp spring onion greens and stir well.

    Cook until the water evaporates.
  20. 20

    Add 1/2 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp chopped corriander leaves.
  21. 21

    Serve the upma, idli and dosa on a platter with sambar.
