  • Edible Metallic Colour
  • FOR INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
  • Cream Cheese + Thandai
  • Ginger Ganache
  • Rabadi
  • Rasmalai
  • Gulkand
  • Sea salt + Chilli
  • Flavoured Condensed Milk
  • Banana ganache
  • Rum Ganache

HOW TO PREPARE GIMME CHOCOLATE GALAXY

  1. 1

    Melt the dark chocolate on a medium flame for 10 - 12 minutes.
  2. 2

    Brush the mould with the metallic colour and then brush the melted chocolate in the mould.
  3. 3

    Freeze the chocolate for 7-10 minutes and then remove from the refrigerator.
  4. 4

    Start filling the filling one by one in each half and then cover with the other half.
  5. 5

    Serve with fresh caramel sauce.
