  • Tumerica masala
  • Chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Zeera
  • Yellow matar boiled

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat oil & zeera .

    Add ginger nd chilly paste .

    Than add tommato and onion paste .

    Cook for 5 min .

    Add all the dry masala .
  6. 6

    Salt as per taste .

    Add sabzi masala .
  8. 8

    And finally matar ( bengali ghugn.

    Garnish with coriander leaves .
