  • 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp cumin powder; 1 to 2 bay leaf; 2 cinnamon stick; 2 cloves; 2 onions; salt; 1 tsp turmeric powder; ½ tsp coriander powder; ½ tsp degi mirch powder; ½ tsp cumin powder; 2 potatoes and carrots; ¼ cup green peas; water; 1½ cup boiled wheat; ½ cup paneer; 1½ tsp butter; 2 tbsp coriander leaves; 1 tomato; 2 tbsp pickle;

    Heat oil in a saucepan.

    ; Add cumin seeds bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, finely chopped onions, coriander powder, turmeric powder, degi mirch powder, cumin powder and salt.

    ; Sauté them well.

    ; Then, add chopped potatoes, chopped carrots, green peas and water.

    ; Cover and cook until the potatoes are cooked.

    ; Add wheat (soaked overnight and boiled), grated paneer, salt and water.

    ; Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    ; Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

    ; For the Plating: Melt butter in a pan.

    ; Add diced tomatoes and pickle.
  11. 11

    ; Serve the prepared tomato mixture with Gehu Ki Tehri.

    ; Garnish it with the sprig of coriander leaves.
