INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped red onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 crusty bread
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE GAZPACHO

  1. 1

    In a mixer add the tomatoes, red bell peppers, red onions and garlic (all chopped),red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and ice cubes.

    Blend the ingredients.
  3. 3

    Cut one slice of the crusty bread and add it to the blender for a thick mixture.
  4. 4

    Blend and add extra virgin olive oil.
  5. 5

    Blend again.
  6. 6

    Garnish with finely chopped basil leaves.
