INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Fresh yeast
  • salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Lukewarm water
  • 2 cups refined flour
  • ½ tsp Rock salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Soft butter
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 2 to 3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lukewarm water
  • refined flour to dust

  • Chilli flakes
  • olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE GARLIC SPICED LOAF

    For the yeast mixture take a bowl and add wet yeast, salt, sugar, lukewarm water and mix well.

    For the dough, in a bowl, mix refined flour, rock salt, sugar, soft butter, chopped thyme, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, olive oil, yeast mixture and lukewarm water.

    Knead it well.

    Shift the dough to a proving basket and prove it for 45 minutes to an hour.
  5. 5

    Bake the proved bread for 20 30 minutes in pre heated oven at 150 C.
  6. 6

    Use thyme, chilli flakes and olive oil, for garnish and serve the bread hot.
