INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup minced mutton
  • 2 tsp roasted onion paste
  • 3 tsp hung curd
  • ½ tsp cardamom powdered
  • 1 tsp mace powder
  • 2 to 3 tsp pineapple pulp
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 to 4 tsp Bengal gram flour
  • ½ tsp chopped onion
  • ½ tsp mint leaves chopped
  • ½ tsp chopped coriander
  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • Khasta roti as required
  • For Garnish: lemon sliced
  • Salad green chutney

HOW TO PREPARE GALOUTI KEBAB

    Take minced mutton in a plate add roasted onion paste and a little hung curd and mix well.

    Add cardamom powder, mace powder and a little pineapple pulp.
  3. 3

    Mash the minced mutton again with these ingredients.

    Next, add some red chilli powder, all ground spice and a little black pepper powder.

    Mix it well with butter.

    Add some Bengal gram flour and mix again.

    Shape this mixture into kebabs.

    Make a pocket in the centre and stuff them with a little chopped onion chopped mint and coriander leaves.

    Heat a little oil in a pan.

    Fry both sides of the kebabs.

    Once the sides turn a deep brown shade, transfer them to a serving vessel.

    Garnish them with salad khasta roti and sliced lemon.

    Serve the kebabs with green chutney.
