INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Garnish grated coconut
  • chopped coriander

PREPARATION

    Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds chopped onions, garlic cloves, and green chillies. Saute well. Add chopped carrots. Mix well with some water. Add some salt, coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Mix again. When the carrots are cooked, transfer them to a serving vessel. Garnish the sabzi with grated coconut and chopped coriander.
