INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 to 3 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup carrots
  • sliced
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • Fresh cream as required
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Garnish Fresh cream
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Heat a pan and add butter bay leaves, and finely chopped onions. Saute till onions turn transparent. Add chopped garlic and sliced carrots. Cook until the carrots are soft. Add refined flour and water. Make a puree. Put off the flame and allow the mixture to cool and then blend in a mixer. Heat another pan and pour the blended puree. Add water salt, crushed black pepper, and fresh cream. Stir and cook. Serve the soup hot in a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
