  • 3 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup
  • ½ tsp saffron water
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • 1 tsp mixed dry fruits (cashew nuts
  • pistas and almonds)
  • crushed
  • For Garnish Mixed dry fruits
  • crushed

    Melt clarified butter in a pan. Add grated carrots and saute well. Add sugar and mix well. Add the condensed milk solids and cook till it mixes into the halwa completely. Add saffron water, cardamom powder, and crushed dry fruits. Mix well with the halwa and turn off the flame. Transfer the halwa to a bowl and then invert this into another plate to serve your halwa. Garnish with crushed dry fruits.
