  • 2 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: grated coconut
  • chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE GAJAR KI SUKHI SABZI

    Heat butter in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds chopped onions, garlic cloves, and green chillies.
  3. 3

    Saute well.
  4. 4

    Add chopped carrots.
  5. 5

    Mix well with some water.
  6. 6

    Add some salt, coriander powder, and red chilli powder.
  7. 7

    Mix again.
  8. 8

    When the carrots are cooked, transfer them to a serving vessel.
  9. 9

    Garnish the sabzi with grated coconut and chopped coriander.
