  • 3 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup
  • ½ tsp saffron water
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • For Garnish:
  • Mixed dry fruits, crushed or chopped finely

HOW TO PREPARE GAJAR KA HALWA

    Melt clarified butter in a pan.

    Add grated carrots and saute well.

    Add sugar and mix well.

    Add the condensed milk solids and cook till it mixes into the halwa completely.
