  • 3 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup
  • ½ tsp saffron water
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • For Garnish:
  • Mixed dry fruits, crushed or chopped finely

    Melt clarified butter in a pan.

    Add grated carrots and saute well.
  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix well.
  4. 4

    Add the condensed milk solids and cook till it mixes into the halwa completely.
  5. 5

    Add saffron water, cardamom powder, and crushed dry fruits.

    Mix well with the halwa and turn off the flame.
  7. 7

    Transfer the halwa to a bowl and then invert this into another plate to serve your halwa.
