INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml water
  • 200 gm rice flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup gajar halwa
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

    In a pan boil water add rice flour and whisk continuously. Add ghee and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a plate and add sesame seeds. Mix again. Make small balls from the mixture and make pockets. Fill gajar halwa in the pockets and roll to make rice balls. Garnish rice balls by coating them with sesame seeds. Steam the halwa stuffed rice balls for 5 to 7 min. Serve hot.
