  • 200 ml water
  • 200 gm rice flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup gajar halwa
  • Sesame seeds

    In a pan boil water , add rice flour and whisk continuously.
  2. 2

    Add ghee and mix well.
  3. 3

    Transfer the mixture to a plate and add sesame seeds.
  4. 4

    Mix again.
  5. 5

    Make small balls from the mixture and make pockets.
  6. 6

    Fill gajar halwa in the pockets and roll to make rice balls.
  7. 7

    Garnish rice balls by coating them with sesame seeds.
  8. 8

    Steam the halwa stuffed rice balls for 5 to 7 min.
  9. 9

    Serve hot.
