INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Gahat Rasmi Bada
  • 250 gms gahat dal
  • 1 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 250 gms kulath dal 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • oil to fry
  • 50 gms bhaangjeera seeds
  • 2 tsp jakiya seeds
  • 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 raw tomato
  • 20 gms coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 10 gms mint leaves
  • salt
  • Water

HOW TO PREPARE GAHAT RASMI BADA & BHANGJEERA CHUTNEY

    To make gahat rasmi Bada wash soak gahat dal and make a rough paste, and mix onion tomatoes, gahat dal paste, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

    Mix small flatten disc of the gahat dal and deep fry in hot oil till crisp from outside and soft from inside.

    for making bhaangjeera chutney dry roast jhakiya and bhangjeera seeds and whole coriander seeds, to chutney add roasted ingredient, with onion raw tomato, coriander leaves green chillies mint leaves salt and water and make chutney.

    serve Gahat rasmi bada with bhaangjeera chutney with onion tomato salad.
