- 1cup three coloured bell peppers,1/2 cup long strips zucchini,1 cup blanched carrot broccoli and paneer/tofu, 1/2 cup boiled soya beans few lettuce leaves Few tortillas
- DRESSING: 1Tbsp Chipotle sauce,1tbsp curd, 1tsp olive oil, salt, oreganno ,chilly flakes black pepper powder 1tsp lemon juice,few strips of basil leaves. ,
- Take all the veggies in a bowl.
- Whisk the dressing properly and add to the veggie.
- Take the tortillas and roast it on a pan with olive oil on both the sides.
- Keep the lettuce leaves and keep the stuffing.
- Serve with any dip or salsa.
