- 1½ cups soy milk
- ¼ cup beetroot
- 2 chopped & diced plum
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 slab white chocolate
- biscuit crumbs and whipped cream for garnish
- Boil soy milk and chopped beetroot in a pan. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture in the pan. Add white chocolate and mix well. Hot chocolate is ready. In another pan, add water, honey, and plum. Cook well. Garnish the drink with biscuit crumbs and whipped cream. Serve fruity hot chocolate with waffles and cooked plums.
