  • 1 cup rice flour; 1 cup Wheat flour; 1 tsp baking powder; water as required; salt to taste; black pepper powder to taste; 4 to 5 tbsp muskmelon puree; 4 to 5 tbsp pineapple puree; 4 to 5 tbsp kiwi puree; 4 to 5 tbsp banana puree; oil as required; 10 to 12 cubes watermelon; For Garnish: Apple slices

    For the uttapam batter mix rice flour, wheat flour, baking powder, water, salt, black pepper powder, muskmelon puree, pineapple puree, kiwi puree, and banana puree in a mixing bowl.

    ; Mix well.

    ; In a pan, heat oil.

    ; Pour the batter using a ladle to make small uttapams.

    ; Add watermelon cubes on each uttapam while cooking.

    ; Cook from both the sides until golden brown.

    ; Transfer the uttapams to the serving plate.

    ; Garnish with apple slices.
