INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ cup muskmelon puree
  • ½ cup pineapple puree
  • ½ cup dragon fruit puree
  • ½ cup kiwi puree
  • ½ cup pear puree
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup red millet flour
  • Dry fruits
  • Dragon fruit
  • Apple
  • Fruit sauce
  • Cherries

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat ghee and add muskmelon puree, pineapple puree, dragon fruit puree, kiwi puree, and pear puree. Mix well and let the mixture reduce. Reserve little mixture for garnishing. Add condensed milk and red millet flour to the pan. Mix well till the mixture comes together as a soft dough. Switch off the gas and cool the mixture. Apply ghee on your palms. Make medium sized roundels from the mixture. Using your hands flatten each roundel on the foil paper to make a thin roti. Add chopped dry fruits dragon fruit, and apples. Make rolls along with the foil paper and refrigerate. Discard the foil. The rolls will be hardened. Using a brush apply the reserved fruit sauce on the serving plate and place the rolls. Halve one of the rolls and brush the reserved fruit sauce on them. Garnish rolls with cherries.
