    Kadhai garm karke ek tsf ghee me ek tsf atta Bhun lijiye usme jeera milaye .

    Kairi ka gufa usme mila lijiye kadhai ko dheemi aanch per rakhe usme 1/2 glass pani milaye ek boil aane ke baad sugar mila de uske thodi der baad namak milaye 10 minute ke liye iss mishran ko pakadne de Thanda hone ke baad usme mango pulp aur angoor milaye Bhune jeere ke powder aur puddine ke powder se garnish Kate aur serve Karen iska upyog 2 din tak kiya Ja sakta hain .
