For the batter combine refined flour with wheat flour, egg, a pinch of baking powder, salt, sugar, and butter, , Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Mix well and pour in the batter. Add milk and stir well to prepare the batter. Ferment the batter by keeping it aside for 20 min. Heat butter in a pan. Gently pour the batter in the pan to make a pancake. Cook on both sides. Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate. Finely chop the apple, fig, chikoo, and guava. To a hot pan, add orange marmalade and the chopped fruits. Add some water and mix the fruits well with the marmalade. Serve the pancakes with the fruits. Garnish the dish with some chocolate sauce and strawberry syrup.
