  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • Baking powder
  • salt
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 fig
  • 1 Guava
  • chiku
  • 1 orange
  • water
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Strawberry syrup

HOW TO PREPARE FRUIT PANCAKE

    For the batter combine refined flour with wheat flour, egg, a pinch of baking powder, salt, sugar, and butter, , Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

    Mix well and pour in the batter.

    Add milk and stir well to prepare the batter.

    Ferment the batter by keeping it aside for 20 min.

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Gently pour the batter in the pan to make a pancake.
