  • 5 tsp orange gelatine
  • Mixed fruits
  • as required
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • For Garnish Jelly sweets
  • Mint leaf

    Heat water in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and then add the orange gelatin. Stir well until the gelatine crystals completely dissolve in water. Put off the flame and cool the dissolved gelatine. Chop the fruits and add to a mixing bowl. Add honey and mix well. Pour the prepared gelatine solution in another bowl and add the mixed fruits (apples, pears, pineapple, chikoos, and kiwis). Keep in the freezer so that the mixture sets as jelly. Turn the jelly upside down in a serving dish and garnish with some jelly sweets. Top the jelly with a mint leaf.
