INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tsp orange gelatine
  • Mixed fruits
  • as required
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • For Garnish :Jelly sweets
  • Mint leaf

HOW TO PREPARE FRUIT JELLY

    Heat water in a saucepan.
  2. 2

    Bring it to a boil and then add the orange gelatin.
  3. 3

    Stir well until the gelatine crystals completely dissolve in water.
  4. 4

    Put off the flame and cool the dissolved gelatine.
  5. 5

    Chop the fruits and add to a mixing bowl.
  6. 6

    Add honey and mix well.
  7. 7

    Pour the prepared gelatine solution in another bowl and add the mixed fruits (apples, pears, pineapple, chikoos, and kiwis).
  8. 8

    Keep in the freezer so that the mixture sets as jelly.
  9. 9

    Turn the jelly upside down in a serving dish and garnish with some jelly sweets.
  10. 10

    Top the jelly with a mint leaf.
