  • 4 to 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • ½ diced yellow bell pepper
  • ½ diced green bell pepper
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 3 to 4 black and green olives
  • 6 to 8 bread croutons
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese powdered
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • 3 to 4 frozen tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Mint sprigs

    In a bowl take a few iceberg lettuce leaves and tear them.

    Add colourful the bell peppers green and black olives.
  3. 3

    Add some bread croutons, powdered Parmesan cheese and lemon juice too.

    To it all add fresh cream and mix well.
  5. 5

    Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.

    Grind the salad into a fine paste.
  7. 7

    Remove the paste into a muslin cloth and squeeze out the water.
  8. 8

    This water is your liquid salad.

    Freeze for one hour, till the water is semi frozen.
  10. 10

    Fork the semi frozen liquid, again freeze till frozen and fork it again.

    Repeat the process till the entire liquid becomes like ice slush.

    For serving, carefully deseed the tomatoes so that they look like cups and freeze them.

    Add the frozen salad into the tomato cups, garnish with olives, mint sprigs and enjoy.
