  • Spanish Omelette Frittata: {Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • A Garlic
  • A cup of mushrooms
  • Some Zucchini
  • Some Sausages
  • Some Red yellow green peppers
  • Seasoning with Chilli flakes
  • Mixed herbs
  • salt
  • 5 eggs
  • black pepper
  • fried potatoes
  • For Garnish: {Fresh basil
  • Cheese}

    Drizzle olive oil in hot pan, add sliced onions, chopped garlic, a cup of mushrooms, some zucchini, some sausages, red yellow and green pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and sauté well, add some more oil to the mixture, Remove mixture in plate, Beat 5 eggs in a bowl, add salt, crushed black pepper, chilli flakes, rosemary and beat well, Put layer of half fried potato in pan with olive oil, add egg mixture on it and add mixture of veggies with basil leaves, lots of cheese and chilli flakes.

    Bake it at 180 C for 5- 10 mins.
