  • 1 cup ice cream
  • Cornflakes as required
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish : honey Chocolate syrup

    Take ice cream in a bowl.

    Place this on the top of some ice cubes in another bowl.

    In another bowl, take some corn flakes and mash by the hand.
  4. 4

    Take a scoop of ice cream, coat it with the corn flakes and place in the freezer.
  5. 5

    Once frozen, fry it in oil.
  6. 6

    Take the fried ice cream to a serving dish.
  7. 7

    Drizzle a little honey and chocolate syrup on top to serve.
