  • Foxnut -2cup
  • Ginger - 1half
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Onion - 1 chop
  • Oil - 5tbsp require
  • Redchill powder - 1tbsp
  • Turmeric -1tbsp
  • Salt - as par test
  • Garam masala - 1tbsp
  • Kasuri meethi - half tbs

    Take a pan, add oil and cumin seeds, when Cumin crecal then add ginger garlic pest, then add onion, and salt, when onion smooth then add fine pest and stir.. Add red chill powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and 3cup water and close lid,, in other side take pan add 1tbsp oil and add foxnuts and stir when they become Lil Change colors, than add this in curry and mix and ild 10minutes.. Turn off gas and apply coriander and kasuri meethi..
